Digital image downloading Terms & Agreement
- This Agreement governs the terms by which clients of exactclick.in obtain the right to use the digital content of exactclick.in through the web site located at www.exactclick.in (the "Site"). This Content License Agreement is in addition to the Terms of Use applicable to the Site and all persons downloading content from the Site. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Terms of Use (both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference), the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
- Please carefully read through these General Terms and Conditions regarding the licensing and delivery of images before using this website or ordering image licenses. You must agree with the General Terms and Conditions to purchase image licenses.
- The buyer shall only use the digital files by the permissions within this agreement. Once the Buyer bought the digital files after that he/she shall be allowed to use it for personal use or to reproduce for commercial use, or to reproduce in any platform. If exactclick comes to know that you are making any profit out of it, then exactclick has the right to claim 2%(Two percent) of your profited income.
- Once the transaction is made to purchase any digital files from exactclick.in, it will be non-refundable.
- Once payment is completed through the payment gateway link (PayU) buyer will be eligible to get his digital files from his/her respective registered email. (For paid images)
- In any payment gateway related issues that occurred during the transaction, exactclick will not be responsible for any such inconvenience.
- There are no such payment procedures for free images, after successful registration, if you download the free images, it will be automatically sent into your registered email id. (For free images)
- The sent download link of your desired images will be valid for once. The link will be automatically expired after downloading it for the first time. In case of link failure or any network issues during downloading the digital file, exactclick will not be responsible.
- In case of downloading issues (only for paid images), the link will be provided further, for that buyer has to send all the details(i.e. – Payment receipt, Copy of the mail) to info@exactclick.in.
- The digital file which you will be receiving after your successful payment that will be in JPEG format. If you need the RAW file of that copy you have to contact with exactclick at info@exactclick.in or via phone at +91 8348 303392. The prices of the RAW image files are exclusive.

- You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and understand it. In consideration of exactclick.in agreeing to provide the content, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and exactclick.in, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and exactclick.in relating to the subject of this agreement.
